Went in looking for bedroom set and had to have very specific delivery day and they lined it up perfectly for me. Great relaxed environment and friendly staff. Had plenty of laughs all the while was being shown some bed frames to match the style I was going for. They got me fully setup and even willing to do a bit of extra hunting for me for an extra piece of furniture.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING THROUGH THEM!!! Terrible customer service, had the wrong dresser for 3 months and then when I tried to pay an arranged payment amount nobody would answer. I called 3 different times on a Friday and didn’t get an answer or a call back, then they came and got my bed Monday while I was working and also took something that I paid off along with it. When I called, obviously frustrated after being screwed, the manager decided to get tough with me on the phone.

Bought a great gaming computer and 2 weeks later when I turned it on I couldn’t get into my administration account, I took it to them and they said they will look at it and if they can’t fix it they would give me a new one. Great customer service to nick and his team

So here it is the experience was going really well mostly pay online nothing in my agreement about having to be required on auto pay but because of a a technical issue caused the store to be disgruntled and show that disgruntlement towards me by saying that every agreement requires auto pay . I have looked this information up it is not true and it was something the managers just said because he was disgruntled. That turned the experience sour on top of that my sign up agreement says now that I owe $300 more than what my bottom line was if I paid every payment for 24 months when I first started the agreement so you will be getting your product back as soon as I find a set I can afford have a good day there's some feedback. That store is in desloge by the way Missouri do not recommend
