do not buy from here!! I went in September of 2025 during the 50% off. I bought a brand new couch cash which was $800. I then wanted to pay monthly on the matching chaise lounger but they told me to go home and do it online. went home that day online and ordered it. The chaise came out to $1,200 and would be paid off I believe it said 9 months. GREAT DEAL RIGHT? wrong...I got a call a week later from rent a center saying I was late on my payment. I thought it was weird but I paid the $139 payment. Another week goes by and I get another call. At that point I knew something was wrong so I pulled up my contract that was online and everything checked out. $1,200 and I would pay $160 a month. Well to my surprise the store has it down for 2 couches and a total of almost $4,000!!!!! I said there is no way, I proved everything with my online account and my contract which was clearly signed. They assured me they would handle it. I called every single week 1-2 times a week to resolve this. I am not paying $4,000 for couches I don't have! I have 1 couch I paid cash for and one lounger that is supposed to be monthly. Again I was told "we will get this taken care of." Never heard from them until a month later they call for a payment. I am not paying for something I don't have and sure as heck not paying $4,000 when my contract says $1,200. I go into the store in November to figure this out. The manager IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND which she is the one who "checked us out" at the time of purchase. I go to my online account and my contract IS GONE!!!! Bob went in his system to type my agreement number in and sure as heck, it is NO WHERE to be found and it has since been deleted!!!! I'm mortified at this point. I call customer care with 4 complaints and asked to speak with the district manager and I hear nothing. I was told by Bob and Crystal that a district manager would reach out to me, this was told to me over 10 times and here we are in December and NO ONE HAS FIXED THIS MAJOR ISSSUE. I got a call Friday asking for PAYMENT AGAIN!!! How many times do I have to repeat...I am not paying for something that is incorrect and rent a center has breached their contract by deleting everything! I was told at this point I would go to collections over something CRYSTAL and her team did. I'm honestly mortified at the experience we are having with Rent a Center and yet again was told a district manager would reach out and here we are yet again and there is no call from any sort of manager! If you signed a contract for a lounger for $1,200, would you want a company to switch everything so they can get you to pay $4,000 then not even ATTEMPT to rectify it and just continue to call like nothing happened. Not only that my agreement has been deleted by I assume the manager and now my contract can't even be looked up and the small chance that they can it shows 2 regular couches that I DON"T HAVE!!!! Truly disgusted with the customer service I have received from the employees and this company in general.

I have spent thousands from your store. Always bought everything before time was up on lease agreement even bought things from in store cash on hand . I needed something I called and got denied . I will never go back and am disgusted I even dealt with some of the worst employees in your store that got fired for doing shady things while I rented from your store worst experience ever.

Experience for Rent-A-Center was really shity they sold me a couch that was damaged and knew that was damaged and they took money out of my account when they were supposed to never reimburse me my deposit or the money they took out this month

I would give zero stars if possible. 1.Clueless employees that say that "they were under the impression that someone called you about that" 2. I have bought two items off them and both have broke very soon after being payed off 3. When something does need to be fixed (a fridge bracket in this case) it has taken almost 2 MONTHS to get a bracket in and installed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still don't have my fridge in. In my opinion , your better off getting stuff from Resource in Burlington or just digging a hole in the ground and burning your money instead of giving it to this worthless branch of rent a center. *Update* I should have updated this a while ago but never got around to it. RAC did fix the problem in it's entirety.

not impressed at all. Was supposed to pay $600 total for a couch- end up paying $1000 ¿ for a small couch. Wouldn’t of ever agreed to anything if I knew how badly of crooks they are up there. 0/10 for me. Please if you like having a good deal don’t go there, save your money & go to the real furniture store down the road. At least you’ll know up front what you’re spending.
