Rent-A-Center

I've never been to this store personally, always dealt with online orders and payments. I make my payments sometimes every other week not always weekly. I have paid off one piece of furniture and almost done paying for my last piece which only has a couple hundred left to pay off. So I've spent a couple thousand paying off this furniture. Now it seems they want to harass me if im a week late on my payment. Which seems crazy since its almost paid off. I don't remember his name (maybe Miguel?) but one of the employees came to my house walked around to the back of my house and walked up to me and my husband who were sitting on our couch in my carport, and didnt even ask for me just assumed I was who he was looking for although he's never seen me before and just immediately started rudely speaking to me about my furniture payments and that I'm behind. I told him it gets paid every time and I only owe less than $400 at that time. My payments are roughly $45 a week. I sometimes skip a week due to my income as I am commission only but its ALWAYS paid...My husband told him he would get paid the next day and would make sure it was paid and that was not good enough for this employee. He continued to argue with me about the payments until my husband who was recovering from the flu told him to stop arguing with me over him. I understand they need their payment but when I have paid them thousands over the last year and already paid off another piece I was making payments on you would think they would just send a reminder that its due and not harass you and try to act intimidating. Not even a month over due literally 10 days!!! I will never order anything from this location ever again if I even order from Rent-A-Center at all in the future. Trash way to treat customers who almost have their agreement paid off.

Customer service was excellent and Jas always goes out her way to find us what we need if it’s not available in the store. I highly recommend.

Have been told for over a month now that we was going to get the bedroom set that we wanted then last week was told they would be here before 4 never showed when ask why they said they couldn't find all the parts then was told today it would be between 1-3 at 230 they call an get the payment and said they be on there way and yet here we are still nothing and still the same old run around and it's under my husband name Matthew sikes bc last time I left a review y'all tried to act like y'all had any idea what was going on so basically I'm saying don't do business with rent a center on Clarksville st it's the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in a long time .

While they didn't have what I needed in stock they were willing to order it . I wish now I would've let them as I thought I was getting deal buying a use pair from someone else .should've went with them .definitely will go back .

I have used RAC for many years without any issues. This time is so very different. I have requested them to come pick up a washer twice, was told will be there yet haven't came. Now, I've been charged another month. We didn't want to keep it after just a few days and they talked is into keeping it until the payment was due. I'm about to go head hunting!!! The management that's here now is nothing like it use to be! I'm about ready to send everything back and go with someone else!!!
