All they care about is their money, they don’t understand how it is to not have a job, I tried telling them I don’t have a job right now and my mom can’t help either, they don’t care about anyone else unless the person has a job, so if I were y’all i suggest you don’t go to them unless you have a job that you can keep and pay whatever you rent from them, because Rachel from Rent-a-center kept blowing up mine and my mom’s phones, so after I pay something off I owe, I’m going to deal with the company again.

I was very impressed and pleased with everyone for a long time. Life happened I lost my job, they received their television back, but, I still owed 67.00 dollars for a wallet. I will admit that I was dodging them until I could pay them off. While looking for another job, Rachel from rent a center ran into me at a gas station, in front of everyone in the store( a very busy store) presumed to tell me that she needed the wallet back!! Neat less to say I was extremely embarrassed. I found it very unprofessional!!! I will NEVER deal with this company again!!!
