NEVER will I do business here again. I have had an account with this company for YEARS and have never had a single issue until now. I ordered a brand new washer and dryer for my daughter and had it delivered to her home. Upon delivery, the dryer did not work at all. The delivery driver took it back to the store, where the “assistant manager” took apart and worked on a BRAND NEW dryer. After finally getting it redelivered, it arrived damaged. I called to speak with management and spoke with Carl, who acted as if he didn’t believe me because he personally worked on the dryer himself. WHAT?! After sending photos of the damage, I was then told they could not deliver another dryer because the lease was not in my daughter’s name — even though I am the one who purchased and pays for everything. Over the years, I have purchased multiple refrigerators, washers, and dryers for myself, my son, and my daughter at different addresses and have NEVER missed a payment. Not once during this entire ordeal did anyone apologize for how this situation was handled. I also spoke with the “General Manager,” Jacob, who was just as unhelpful. The customer service at this location is absolutely awful. I honestly do not understand how they stay in business treating loyal customers this way. To top it all off, they actually suggested my daughter keep the damaged dryer and offered a discount. Absolutely not. If I am paying for a BRAND NEW appliance, I expect it to arrive in BRAND NEW condition. I spent over 5 HOURS dealing with this yesterday and am STILL dealing with it today. Meanwhile, my daughter is left without a dryer until this gets resolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. And the picture doesn’t even show all the damage — only the worst dent.

My family has had an awful experience with Aaron’s. Our furniture and washer have been fully paid off, and we consistently paid for the insurance they offered. When we needed to use that insurance, Aaron’s refused to honor it. Instead of helping, management has continually given us the runaround, leaving us with no clear answers and no accountability on their end. After doing everything the right way, it’s extremely frustrating to be treated this way. This experience has completely destroyed our trust in the company. I would not recommend Aaron’s to anyone.

After telling them I had never rented or had any appliances with them they sent a constable to my house a few days later for someone else’s property and after them reading off the whole served papers they want to take people to court over a couple hundred dollars. I would stay far away from these people, glad I’ve never had to use them before

They decided they couldn't deliver after telling me they would have it at my backdoor in 5 minutes. I stood there with the door open, getting eaten alive by mosquitoes for 10 minutes. When I checked out front, they had left without telling me. I had my prime with me the entire time, they didn't call, just drove away. No one answered when I called, 3 times that day. Twice the next day, still no answer. The 3rd day I called late in the day, spoke to the manager who was very rude. I would never post a bad review if there was communication, or if the manager hadn't been mouthy and rude. I've purchased 2 washer dryer sets, a fridge, a few decorations and a stereo over a span of 30 years, mostly in Dallas. Never before was anyone rude. But this is Paris.
