I filled applications on line. The next morning received a call back went into the store....smooth, professional and complete. Beginning to end. Top notch service.

I had a referral code, I went to the whole length making a purchase online. I had the one penny cents promo code. I even made all the whole thing happen online. I made a purchase, I wanted the Xbox with the one controller. I even confirmed my identity, address everything that needs to be able to get accepted. Everything went through, I called into the store just to confirm on my order. But then I was told that I would have to put at least a month advance down payment to be able to receive the product. I am really disappointed in these promo codes, to get a great deal on your first purchase is not possible. I really advise everybody out there to not listen to those promo codes. Mainly because they don't have on here where you need a down payment to be able to receive the product. If I didn't make a call in to confirm this order they would have had set up for auto pay and would have charged my card when I wouldn't even receive the product. They did charge my card for one cent. It's not a big issue but the thing is they still went to the process of charging my card. They would have had my card on file and were to charged it the week after work I had free availability having no charge for a week. The employer canceled my order and canceled everything online. I'm just disappointed that you guys need to get rid of these promo codes because I'm thinking that I'm having a great deal for a free week and then you charge me next week. It never stated that I needed at least $150 for a down payment. I'm just disappointed on you guys not having a updated website that's all

I would give negative ten stars if that was an option. You are the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I’ve ever had to deal with. I have been going to this same rent a center for years and never in years have I had a problem like I did today. I made my payment and you continued to pound on my door to the point you almost broke my door open. I will never ever answer my door to you people if you act like Neanderthals even after someone made their payment. I will be looking into getting this gentlemen FIRED. He scared me and he scared my child. Completely uncalled for!!!!!! And you broke my door!!!! All because I was just now two payments behind? Go to anger management big guy.

I got a washer and dryer from them recently. My payment was different from my agreement. These guys came POUNDING aggressively on my door not once but twice. When I called Stan got ignorant with me and gave me SIX different numbers, none of what made sense and all different from what the guys at my door said it was. Never again will I rent here, very unprofessional.
