The entire store staff was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable sales staff helped me make an informed decision and the delivery team was timely and careful with the delivery and set up.

I've been doing business with Clearlake Rent a Center for the past 8 years. Of course I could go to some other store in Sonoma county and spend ALL day searching, but the reason I keep coming back is because of the staff and their quality of service. From the manager Billie to the floor staff and the delivery drivers. Thank you for your continued quality of service.

Super rude. They dont listen to you and they tack on a bill and lie to you. We paid off things and had one thing left to pay and we asked them to come get it and instead they yell at me saying they were blocked when they werent and now shes saying we owe something we paid off. Billy is the manager and i would never do buisness with her again. She went back and forth saying it was the queen mattress we owe on to the kids matress we owe on when we paid off both. Dont deal with billy if your there, she will yell at you and be hella rude instead of listening.
