Failure to deliver a couch cause driveway was inaccessible , fedex was dropping a package , when they came back by driveway was clear but they proceeded back to store

I bought a bed from here then they proceeded not to call when their truck was broke down and they couldn’t deliver only way I found out was I had to call up there multiple times and then I ended up just wanting a refund because it’s already took forever to come then 2 weeks later still no refund so I called and told them to just deliver the bed because 1 I never got my refund and 2 I’m still being charged for the bed so I called back up to tell them just go ahead and deliver the bed bc I’m getting charged for something I don’t got so I might as well have it just for her to run around and say I still have to pay for the first payment after I already made a payment To get the bed that I never got and I refuse to to pay for something I haven’t seen or gotten so I proceed to ask for my refund again and she said they can’t do a refund unless their money drawer is up which I’ve never heard and she’s saying that’s store policy and I’ll have to be on a refund wait list I already been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund!!! I will never do business with this company again just unprofessional!!

I bought a PS5 last year in September right before the hurricane, I have never missed a payment and often paid several payments in advance. When my ex moved out of my house, he stole it along with pretty much everything else in my house. The staff here knew that and had interactions with him trying to retrieve the PS5. They even wrote a letter for court for me, Since I took out the charges. They kept telling me don’t worry it’s covered with the protection plan that they make you buy an item from the store and after five months of trying to get them to file a claim so I can get my PlayStation, And mind you making payments the entire time, They tell me the claim was denied and there’s nothing that they can do. Absolutely do not buy anything from the store. I even tried to order furniture from them and paid in advance for them to go get it in a month later they’re calling me wanting a payment and never delivered the stuff.

Phone never answered! One time it was, manager too busy to talk to me. Said he would call back in 40 minutes. I work all night and sleep during day but I stayed up until the store closed… no call back. Been trying to get them for 6 weeks now. Quit paying thinking they would call me because hadn’t paid. Nope. Still no call and no matter what time of day I call, no answer, no voicemail and no email so impossible to contact. I want them to come and pick up everything of theirs I have. A sectional, a dining room suite, washer and dryer. I can do business elsewhere. I have been doing business with them for 8 years! I was told the entire staff was fired. They were a lot better than present staff!!!

We ordered a set of appliances and they never called. We had to call . Second time we called about delivery. Guy said I'm only person working and was rude as hell. Poor store. Don't use this store at all. 891 Patton Ave. Asheville nc

Terrible coordination. They show up to my house randomly the first time without scheduling anything...Then we schedule for Monday at 2 o'clock. They wait until 11 pm (While I'm at work) for a appointment confirmation when it had already been confirmed! Canceled my whole order. Go somewhere else this is very unprofessional!!!
