This company is predatory and is in Yankton to take advantage of people who can't afford to buy, or have really bad credit - they actively decline to work with people who have good credit or can afford to buy with cash (check all the news clips exposing this). I wont sugar coat it, you'll pay 5x what the item is worth, or you'll default and they will come take all your stuff and leave you with worse credit. No one who works in this store is working for you, they are working for paychecks. There is NOTHING you should be buying from here, scrimp, save, go to the used shops in town, avoid avoid avoid at all costs. 20 years knowing what this company does, it's never changed.
It’s pretty upsetting when I was told between one and three they were going to come and pick things up so I have someone there waiting but she has to get back to work so she’s late for work all because you guys don’t know how to tell time and tell your customers the right time you guys are always late. So maybe next time when you tell a customer a time make sure you’re there on time.
Beware of renting from this location. They like to rent out 5 year old computers and charge $2.3k for it.
The experience I have had has been outstanding and making sure I have had a thorough run through of needs to be met. The two gentleman who delivered and picked up my furniture were articulated and caring very compassionate about my health and situation. The manager is out to make every customer satisfied with their experience. Very very satisfied
It was good when they first delivered the bed it wasn't the bed that we had ordered so they promptly searched and searched until they found the one we wanted and delivered it to us immediately
Tara and Bree are always friendly and ready to help anyway they can! They both have great customer service skills.
