The staff at rent to own in Russell is really nice and friendly. They are helpful and they don’t mind fixing an issue or a concern. Love all the staff especially the girls they are the best

Great place to get anything you want or need.. the store manager is awesome and so are the rest of the group. Great prices and easy payment.. my fridge went out at 5pm on a Saturday. I called them and they had me a new fridge delivered by 6:30 pm on that same day.. 5 star service

If i had the option for no stars thats what I would give!!!!! This place is a scam and will randomly charge your bank account for unauthorized payments Even though your not signed up on auto pay I returned what they were ripping me off for!!!! Another thing the employees there, latisha and Terry, very rude and very disrespectful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENT2OWN if your in the market to purchase something on payments they have very friendly employees and some amazing deals!!!!

They are honest and friendly. Got washer and dryer and recliner. And love them all. Payment is affordable.
