I have been a faithful customer of the Rent 2 Own family for far over a decade. The delivery service I just recently received from the Russell Rent 2 Own store was absolutely phenomenal. I was amazed by Marques and Ayden‘s professionalism and demeanor. They were so humble and kind, and respectful to my new furniture and to my family. They treated me and my family with dignity and respect as customers, and they treated our purchase with great care. In addition I want to show my gratitude by recognizing and distinguishing their professional work ethics and outstanding service and performance. They truly are a wonderful pair working for the company bringing a good name for Rent 2 Own. These guys are absolutely amazing, we ran into a financial struggle and had made several payments and was going to have to send the items back, because we couldn’t afford to keep up with the bills being out of jobs, and having multiple surgeries back to back due to issues with my arms. And Mike went above and beyond and took care of my bill the rest of the way. And I still had 4-6 payments left. I will always always come back to this store for other items when I can afford it. This store is absolutely amazing thank you all!
