My family and I have been renting and paid stuff off from this place for years and it’s been a great experience. It’s a bit of a drive for us since we live in Cabell County, WV but it’s definitely worth it. They treat you like family and are always willing to work with you if you’re having trouble making a payment on time, which means a lot. They also carry a lot of unique items that you don’t usually find at the bigger, well-known rental stores. Overall, great service and a business that cares about its customers.

The two men who delivered my stove were very professional delivered it on time did not damage it we're very nice very professional very polite I enjoyed their company would definitely give them 10 Stars they were amazing
We’ve been with rent to own in Ashland for a year now. Highly recommend family plan. Love our new 75 inch Samsung, AND delivered in a timely fashion. Delivery guy was in and out so fast and he helped us set it up!

Stephen and John did a great job with putting in our new bed and giving us a great experience today. They were on time very nice and we'll mannered. I would love to have them be the ones to deliver anything I order from here on out
i don’t even know where to begin, Corissa Conley is the best worker you guys have!!! she put her everything into making sure my family had a washer and dryer and made it such an easy process. Because of Corissa I will be going to back to Rent 2 Own for anything else i may need! Give that girl a raise!!! Not to mention Andrea and just the whole account team go above and beyond for their customers!
