I had a great experience working with Libby. I had very specific preferences for the type of washer I wanted, and although we ultimately couldn't find a model that matched exactly what I was looking for, she was incredibly patient, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, looked into different options for me, and even special ordered another set in an effort to meet my needs. She never made me feel like I was being a difficult customer and was honest with me throughout the process. Her communication and customer service were excellent. I truly appreciate all of her time, effort, and kindness, and because of the way she handled everything, I would absolutely recommend working with her.

Raven, Bonnie and kaylee are the girls to go see. Raven always works with me to get me what I need. Couldn't find me a portable a.c but got me a window unit until I could get a portable later. They have gone an hour out of their way to get items I asked for. They have honored their products and policies and replaced things when they couldnt be fixed. A plus service.

Tyler L & Chris were amazing even in this heat! Worked so hard and maintained pleasant attitudes! Tyler B was also so incredibly helpful! Great company to deal with!!!!

Needed a washer fast and they delivered the next day around the time they stated. Perfect set up. Been going to rent 2 own in Waverly ohio for over 3 year's and been treated the best.

Who knew having two delivery guys with the same name would mean double the awesome service? Jay and Jay were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They never made us feel rushed, answered all our questions, and genuinely cared that we were happy before they left. They treated our home with respect and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. If you’re handing out raises or employee-of-the-month awards, these two definitely deserve them! Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was super nice and friendly! Both delivery guys, Mike and Billy, were great! They both were nice, respectful, and quickly got my washer and dryer set up without any complications! Would recommend working with the Morehead location for all your rent-to-own needs!

Rent to own is awesome I highly recommend I got a 55 inch tv and Xbox series x and AirPods and it’s only 60 a week everything they have is worth getting 😁😁
