Nate and Zack came out to get a washer from my neighbor Jacki , they were very professional even helped set up a washer she had sitting here. Recommend vet polite and funny.
I had to order a New Washer and Dryer suit because my other ones were starting to have issues last week. William did an amazing job correcting specific issues I had along with showing great customer service! The two drivers who’s delivered my appliances were very nice and did great installing my new washer and dryer set! Thanks again Rent2Own!
Dustin and Shane did awesome job. Second time Shane delivered furniture to our house and both times were great experiences.
Love this place ❤️u should definitely come find out what it’s about 💯 Update 08/27/26: I also want to mention how I was treated on the phone. Rodney called me before 6 PM asking if I had the payment. I explained that I would have it in about 30 minutes, and his tone came across very unhappy when they said, “I’ll be here.” I called back within that time to make the payment, only to find out they weren’t even there because they apparently had to run tires somewhere. During the conversation, Rodney also told me that I didn’t start struggling until I added the PlayStation contract. The way that was said made me feel extremely belittled, almost like I was being treated as some kind of poor bum instead of a customer who was having a difficult week and had proactively contacted them. I understand that payments are expected on time, and I take responsibility for being late. What bothered me was being told previously that if I was going to be late, I should contact them and they could work with me. When I actually needed one extra day until payday, I felt like I was treated completely differently. Between the way the situation was handled, the comments about the PlayStation, and the pressure I felt from the phone calls, I genuinely left this experience feeling misled, embarrassed, and disrespected. 🤷🏻♂️
I was just in today 08/25/26 and Shani, I apologize if I spelled it wrong, but she helped me with a Toscane Living Room Set and setting up a delivery. She was wonderful help and a great positive attitude to match. I will certainly be back there and will recommend anyone who needs or wants to Rent-2-Own to stop in and see her.
Cam and Ben where amazing and got everything hooked up and looking great!!!! So friendly! Bring new stuff and transporting in my hectic move!!! Should get raises!!!

I had a wonderful delivery service today of my Maytag washer and dryer set. Dustin is by far my favorite delivery driver at the Gallipolis store. He is personable but also professional. He makes the delivery experience hassle free and is honest about products. If there is a way to deliver he will make sure your products arrive safely and in top condition. Byron was an exceptional help this week! As a single mom of 3 during back to school times things can get super tight financially! Byron helped me make arrangements that allowed me to keep my agreements and handle school shopping! This store really has a great team! Thank you!
Just delivered a couch to us without telling us it was used, smells like cat piss, had hay on it, as i wiped it cat fur fell off, had a broken plug, none of the wires to plug in, and several rips. This is the second time we have been scammed by them offering one thing and delivering another. Oh, did I mention, they want $3000 for this. Longer i sit here, the more my house smells like an old cat ladies house. They couldn't even take the time to do a basic clean. I found 2 pills, a cigarette, and nearly a full bag of doritos worth of crums. If you see this couch, don't buy it.
Ty & Todd were amazing. They were right on time and got everything in and set up in two different rooms in less than 30 minutes. We appreciate the great work, it’s not unnoticed!
Cam and Jay moved a whole bed set for me and were super kind and professional and put everything where I asked. They were super quick as well!

Delivery was quick and efficient. Weekly prices are affordable. Mike and hunter are helpful in recommending additional items I may need.
The two delivery guys I had was Chris and Zack, they were very nice and friendly. I had to take my dryer out to get to the washer. They put dryer back where it was and took old washer outside for me. I really appreciate that. Thank you again. Norma Becknell
The store staff was really nice and helped us get what we needed within our budget. The delivery guys were polite, courteous and very respectful of us and our home.
The only reason I'm taking this review from a five star to a two star I went to the West Union Ohio location which was Thursday to buy a PlayStation 5 for my cousin's birthday that's coming up we got it home get ready to hook it up and then the power cord was not the right power cord for the PlayStation so I had to waste my gas and come back to the store and get a power cord on Friday which did they give me a new power cord that's just not okay spending $899 on a PlayStation 5 I shouldn't have had that issue I forgave them for that and I end up getting a new edge PC from you guys which cost $3999 well I get it home I was happy to plug it up and play some modded PC games then I plug it up and then it didn't turn on I searched online watch videos on why it wasn't turning on you guys were closed on Friday at 4:00 p.m. so I couldn't take it back until Monday so I'm dealt without two days with not able to play the PC that I wanted to play so I will be bringing the PC back tomorrow that's just not cool it's been in that much money on something for it to not work the way it should the only good thing about the West Union location is the people is really nice that's the only reason why I'm giving the place a two-star I will be back tomorrow and pay the $900 for the PlayStation 5 but I do not want the PC I don't even want another one it will be returned and I hope the West Union location or respond to this post this really bothers me
