I absolutely love going to Rent 2 Own in Middletown,OH. Paige and Shawnee( I’m sure I spelled that wrong lol ) always go above and beyond to find exactly what I’m looking for. And you can’t beat the deals. But some days I will purposely go out of my way to go in and make a payment just to see warm smiling faces and soak up the positive energy.

This store is amazing. I love the environment, and the staff is just amazing. I would only recommend this store to people. Katie and the rest of the staff are amazing workers.

I’ve used this store for the last few years and they are always really helpful and the communication is amazing. The delivery is always quick, the last few times Stephen and Jon delivered my furniture I blinked and everything was right where I wanted it. Highly recommended

Every time I’ve worked with them they have gone above and beyond! Today I called because I need a refrigerator desperately due to mine struggling to stay working. They had a refrigerator loaded up on their delivery truck within 45 minutes and on its way to my home. I am so grateful for that!

Friendly workers and figured out how to get a big couch through my mom's small apartments doorway.

Jeffery and Devon was great getting our appliances in our tiny home they even had to take off the front door I highly recommend these boys anytime super sweet men!!

Hannah is truly the best. She works to know my family and what we need. She remembers our names and the little things about us that make it easy to feel part of the R2O family. From helping us get bunk beds for our newest foster placement to a new washer and dryer when ours broke unexpectedly with 5 under 5. Hannah is quick, kind, and to the point.

I will never go anywhere else. This place is the best they are always friendly and helpful. I did a pick up today but my TV wouldnt fit in my car so Brody and Phillip offered to help by dropping it off on their way back. I am so thankful. This really is the best place to go. Thank you all so much.

Great Store! Nate the manager delivered our Large Screen TV and took the time to help us install it. He helped me remove the old TV and installed the new one. He also started the TV and made sure everything was working properly, Great Job!

I’ve had a great experience with Rent-to-own! recently got a new desk from them, and it’s been a huge improvement. It cleared up a lot of space and has made my setup feel much more organized and comfortable. The desk itself has been great, and I’m really happy with it. I also want to give a big shoutout to Bruce and Nate. They were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Great customer service all around. I definitely recommend giving them a chance if you’re looking for quality products and a good experience!

Tyson and Brandon helped install and air conditioning unit for my husband and I and they were so professional & helpful. They informed me everything they did & I highly recommend them!! Will ask for them every time I need something. Great workers
