I ordered a rug, placed a deposit and waited for it to come in. Rug was delivered and wrong colors. They apologized and re ordered a different rug they said they would make it the same price. They never did. I even talked to Dustin who said he was my account manager and I sent him an email with my first agreement for the first rug. He said he would get back with me never did. I called him 5 days later for him to tell me that if I paid the remainder 60 of $100 dollars owed he would call it even as paid off. Mind you my deposit wasn't on this new rug account and neither was a 20 referral credit and they were already charging me almost double for the 2nd rug then the first. I had already paid over 160.00 for the rug and they charged me another 60.00 to pay it off today. I truly never received any discount even though Dustin said I did.This is really bad that they can say one thing and do another. Had I known this from the start I would have canceled my order and been done with it before I thought I had it paid off only to find out I still owed do to being lied to and no one changed new rug price to first rug price. I am extremely disappointed in this company.
Delivery guys Jay and Cam were so nice and detailed. Took the time to install the washer and dyer and show us what all the features do. Excellent service! Happy with our purchase! ❤️

Wyatt was amazing my dryer stopped working so we brought it back to have it repaired and rent a new one until the repairs were done but he fixed it in the bed of our truck the young man went above and beyond we are grateful for his help and his wonderful customer service!!!!
Got my chest freezer today delivered by Dean and Dalton, very nice , professional guys. After they set my chest freezer up they then asked me if they could help me with anything else. I can go anywhere and get my stuff but I choose to only go to rent 2 own in Chillicothe, Ohio. The staff there are always so helpful. Just to name a few Christy, Ellie, Kole and the rest of the gang. I highly suggest Rent2 own to everybody if you want awesome stuff, great customer service and just amazing attitudes. Thank you. Tammy Johnson

The sales manager, Shannon, is absolutely incredible!!!! She worked with me and made it possible to get everything I needed and wanted for a very reasonable price. The delivery guys Isaiah and Alec were a great help, they put together a playhouse for my daughter for her birthday and had to lift it over the fence to get it in the backyard, no complaints, they were smiling and extremely professional. That’s why I always choose Heath’s Rent 2 Own. 👍 Customer service at its finest.
Zack and Jessie were very helpful in discussing my options on purchases Al’s what is available at the store and online. They were very professional and made sure no damage occurred to the products and the building. Will be back for future purchases.
