I had a bed set delivered today from the Louisa rent 2 own store. The guys got in in the house for me and offered to set it up but I had to leave for work so I had them set it in the bedroom for now. The 2 guys were very friendly and told me if I needed help setting it up to just call the store and they come back out and help me. Great guys

I always receive good service from the Louisa store. Never have any problems with the items I have/had! Dimitri will always go out of his to help me and make sure he answers any questions that I have! He is very friendly and kind.. I have also dealt with James alot. He makes sure that everything goes as well as possible! Always nice to talk to. He is really a great guy and good employee at R2O!
