My original post was me being irritated. Keep in mind once over twelve years with lots of purchases is pretty good. So I am revising. Tina has always bent over backwards to try and make sure I am taken care of as a customer and I have made ALOT of purchases from the Florence location. Then yesterday switched out a computer they had special ordered for me that was much higher in specs. When I took the other computer in I forgot and left a bunch of dongles in the USB ports as I was in a rush and they were about to close. Then Paula called me to let me know, and I was already on 275 on my way to Cold Springs. So Paula went the extra mile and offered to bring them and meet me in Cold Springs on her way home, as I needed them for work (I work from home) the next morning. She literally went out of her way to get them back to me so that I didn't have an extra hassle the next day. Paula has always been nice and professional any time I have spoken with her, but going out of her way when she was off the clock 100% gave her an MVP spot in my book. She didn't have too, but still went the extra mile! Paula is awesome, and the whole team at this location are rockstars!!!

Let me tell you I've been with turfway rent a center for a couple of years and these ladies Samantha and Tracy went above and beyond today to help me because I had my new bed frame delivered and TV stand and they guys didn't hook things up properly and these Awesome young ladies came to my house personally and fixed things up themselves!! Not anyone I've ever met would have done that!! So, for this I'm truly grateful and they honestly deserve to be praised for what they do!! And what they did for me.. unfortunately Tracy is leaving this location but it's got good reason so I'm not mad...but truly hurt to be losing such an amazing person!! Thanks again to both you young ladies Samantha and Tracy for helping me personally today.. love Kris

This is the best rent a center around. They were so helpful getting us a good deal on a washer and when we had a problem with it (something malfunctioned, it wasn't their fault) they immediately sent someone to deliver us a new one at the same price. If you're needing any kind of appliances or furniture I would recommend them to anyone!

Turfway Rd store is definitely the best I've dealt with. They don't do a million cold sale calls and are always super courteous when you do talk to them. Only 4 stars because the in-house selection is bare and drab, but during the holidays they do try to dress up the store cute.
