To be completely honest, it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with this company! We couldn’t ask for more when it comes to friendly and helpful service! These guys have helped us get several things that we needed for our house and business and each time it has been an absolute pleasure! Not only do these folks deliver your stuff, they help you set it up the way you want and offer free house calls to fix any issues we’ve had with any of the items we’ve bought from them. And we’ve had a few different things we needed help with, but each time a technician has came out they’ve just been awesome! They make you feel like you’re the most important customer they have and are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The professionalism is evident from the moment you walk in the store, until the very last payment and beyond. The two fellas that came out today, Travis & Chip, really went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. And it wasn’t easy! They really put in some work to help us get our dresser and bed suit set up the way we wanted it and they didn’t leave until the job was done perfectly. This is the kind of service we have come to expect from Rent-2-Own and I just wish that every company held themselves to the same standard. We also got a sweet washer & dryer set from them too, and they were more than happy to help get that stuff set up for us and running well. Just a class act with these folks at the Grayson, KY store! We literally couldn’t be happier with the stuff we bought. The free repairs and maintenance service is a game changer!
