I always receive good service from the Louisa store. Never have any problems with the items I have/had! Dimitri will always go out of his to help me and make sure he answers any questions that I have! He is very friendly and kind.. I have also dealt with James alot. He makes sure that everything goes as well as possible! Always nice to talk to. He is really a great guy and good employee at R2O!

I had a fridge delivered today by Tyler and Frankie. They used these strap things and made it look so easy. They had it in and set up in about 5 minutes. They even offered to help put my food in it for me . If we hadn’t already had our breakfast ate I would’ve had them join us. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of young men.

I have bought numerous items from the louisa store, Sarah always helps me with anything I need. I can call and she will find what I need without ever having to come to the store! She got me a couch, love seat and tables that were exactly what I was looking for and also some other very nice items. I would highly recommend r2o and especially Sarah. If you stop in make sure to give her a shout and she will make your experience with r2o the best possible!
