they delivered my table but me not knowing it was infested with roaches 30 mins of having it they started coming out. watch out what you get from this place if it’s used. they didn’t even clean it up after they repoed it from someone and now I’m battling roaches thruout my house. they couldn’t even offer to help me spray the house for them all they could do is delay the payment. and a sorry. I feel sorry for the next person that they delivered to that my table was on the same truck.
We love the Chillicothe location. Kole and Ellie are always so nice and helpful. Today we received a couch delivered by Dalton and Josh. They were quick and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond making sure everything was set up right and where I wanted it.
A great experience. Super easy and super fast. Connie was a great customer service representative who really went out of her way to help me and explain the process. Dale and Dean were the delivery and set up guys and were super courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for furniture or electronics from a company that truly stands by their products.
Kristi is the best! She always makes sure we get exactly what we are looking for at the best price possible! I appreciate everything her and Brandon have done for our family! Looking forward to working with them again!
Got my chest freezer today delivered by Dean and Dalton, very nice , professional guys. After they set my chest freezer up they then asked me if they could help me with anything else. I can go anywhere and get my stuff but I choose to only go to rent 2 own in Chillicothe, Ohio. The staff there are always so helpful. Just to name a few Christy, Ellie, Kole and the rest of the gang. I highly suggest Rent2 own to everybody if you want awesome stuff, great customer service and just amazing attitudes. Thank you. Tammy Johnson
Wyatt was amazing my dryer stopped working so we brought it back to have it repaired and rent a new one until the repairs were done but he fixed it in the bed of our truck the young man went above and beyond we are grateful for his help and his wonderful customer service!!!!
