We love the Chillicothe location. Kole and Ellie are always so nice and helpful. Today we received a couch delivered by Dalton and Josh. They were quick and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond making sure everything was set up right and where I wanted it.

A great experience. Super easy and super fast. Connie was a great customer service representative who really went out of her way to help me and explain the process. Dale and Dean were the delivery and set up guys and were super courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for furniture or electronics from a company that truly stands by their products.

Got my chest freezer today delivered by Dean and Dalton, very nice , professional guys. After they set my chest freezer up they then asked me if they could help me with anything else. I can go anywhere and get my stuff but I choose to only go to rent 2 own in Chillicothe, Ohio. The staff there are always so helpful. Just to name a few Christy, Ellie, Kole and the rest of the gang. I highly suggest Rent2 own to everybody if you want awesome stuff, great customer service and just amazing attitudes. Thank you. Tammy Johnson

Wyatt was amazing my dryer stopped working so we brought it back to have it repaired and rent a new one until the repairs were done but he fixed it in the bed of our truck the young man went above and beyond we are grateful for his help and his wonderful customer service!!!!

I had to wait a little bit for the iPad but they ended up making it right and giving me a newer one both items I got were great they're very pleasant and kind and easy to work with I look forward to getting more items from them in the future
