Who knew having two delivery guys with the same name would mean double the awesome service? Jay and Jay were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They never made us feel rushed, answered all our questions, and genuinely cared that we were happy before they left. They treated our home with respect and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. If you’re handing out raises or employee-of-the-month awards, these two definitely deserve them! Thanks again, Jay and Jay—you guys were fantastic!
Transfered from Lancaster store to circleville store. Best decision ever made!. The delivery drivers are personable, professional and enjoyable. The staff, led by Amy is absolutely incredible. This lady (not having met her) knows how to operate and run a store while keeping customers happy and employees appreciated. That's not only talent, thats a gift. Shannon is exceptional. Regardless how busy she is, she has a smile to share, a true and genuine care and is a delight. All of the people who work at this store, at THIS location are incredible people. All are in their particular roles for their best devotion and assistance to customers. So, at the end of the day, when the paycheck is spent, I just want to let each one know, how they contributed and helped someone along the way. Congrations and my sincere appreciation to each of you.. though I have only met 3 delivery drivers...but talked to many. Lastly, the help, conversation, time spent eith customers and the giving of themselves to truly help rather than take advantage of people (like at another location of R2O)...these people have a true GENUINE concern and gratitude for their customers who contribute to their paychecks. Honestly, there are more WONDERFUL adjectives to say about this store and not enough time or space to express them. HATS OFF to a well managed, caring, devoted place to do business. Store manager, Amy has a real people first talent. A HUGE asset to any business. Shannon is a HUGE asset in her care and concern and devotion. Good people are SIMPLY HARD TO FIND! Just got my entertainment center from rent to own and the delivery guy was soooo awesome. I think his name was Jay#1. He was very helpful and kind explaining everything to me. He gave me a sense of understanding I would have never gotten on my own

Been a long time customer with rent to own and have been completely satisfied lately. Had a rocky start a few years ago but Dominique, Shannon, Jetta and Amy have been great and very helpful. I just got my new recliner today and I love it. Keep up the good work yall.

Rent 2 Own in Circleville has the best employees I’ve ever dealt with. They have been so kind and compassionate with me and my circumstances I’m dealing with. They have went above and beyond to help me in anyway they can. I wish I could name them all, but those that I have dealt with the most and remember their names: Thank you so much, Ben, Amy and Shannon. That’s just to name a few. They have been great! Great place to rent from. Me and my wife had to get a new washer and dryer and rented it through them. They were friendly and even understanding a couple times we had to pay a few days late.
