Rhawny always goes over and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. She will work with you as long as you communicate with her. Her sense of humor is out this world and I highly recommend.

Kevin delivered an AC to us today. He got it here same day it was ordered. Kevin was fast, friendly and thorough. The whole delivery took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend R2O and their team especially Kevin!!

Rhawny went above and beyond to make sure my refrigerator got serviced and a loaner refrigerator dropped off to my house the day after calling about an issue with my fridge! Andre and Justin were so nice and professional while taking my old one and delivering the new one. I ended up loving the loaner fridge more than my original fridge and rhawny and Scott let me keep the new one !! They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
