Love this place ❤️u should definitely come find out what it’s about 💯 Update 08/27/26: I also want to mention how I was treated on the phone. Rodney called me before 6 PM asking if I had the payment. I explained that I would have it in about 30 minutes, and his tone came across very unhappy when they said, “I’ll be here.” I called back within that time to make the payment, only to find out they weren’t even there because they apparently had to run tires somewhere. During the conversation, Rodney also told me that I didn’t start struggling until I added the PlayStation contract. The way that was said made me feel extremely belittled, almost like I was being treated as some kind of poor bum instead of a customer who was having a difficult week and had proactively contacted them. I understand that payments are expected on time, and I take responsibility for being late. What bothered me was being told previously that if I was going to be late, I should contact them and they could work with me. When I actually needed one extra day until payday, I felt like I was treated completely differently. Between the way the situation was handled, the comments about the PlayStation, and the pressure I felt from the phone calls, I genuinely left this experience feeling misled, embarrassed, and disrespected. 🤷🏻♂️
I was just in today 08/25/26 and Shani, I apologize if I spelled it wrong, but she helped me with a Toscane Living Room Set and setting up a delivery. She was wonderful help and a great positive attitude to match. I will certainly be back there and will recommend anyone who needs or wants to Rent-2-Own to stop in and see her.
I absolutely love going to Rent 2 Own in Middletown,OH. Paige and Shawnee( I’m sure I spelled that wrong lol ) always go above and beyond to find exactly what I’m looking for. And you can’t beat the deals. But some days I will purposely go out of my way to go in and make a payment just to see warm smiling faces and soak up the positive energy.
Michelle took care of us the other day. She was very kind, and extremely helpful in deciding which furniture my husband and I would be getting. We have it now and I'm so glad we listened to her, because it's theperfect asset to our home! And, at a great doable price too! What an angel, she's honest, down to earth, and a fresh breath of air. We will be back! Thank you!
Rhawny always goes over and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. She will work with you as long as you communicate with her. Her sense of humor is out this world and I highly recommend.

Kevin delivered an AC to us today. He got it here same day it was ordered. Kevin was fast, friendly and thorough. The whole delivery took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend R2O and their team especially Kevin!!
They are FANTASTIC!!! I have used them for years because of their awesome customer service and dependable people. Brady and (forgot name but think Dylan?) just moved in a king size bed to the 2nd floor for me and once again, I'm 1000% satisfied.l!!
