The two delivery guys I had was Chris and Zack, they were very nice and friendly. I had to take my dryer out to get to the washer. They put dryer back where it was and took old washer outside for me. I really appreciate that. Thank you again. Norma Becknell
Alicia is one of the best. We have been with rto since 2018 and followed Tyler to the Georgetown store. We rent allot of things and pay off allot. Alicia ordered me a new chair for my office in my home to work and it is the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat on. Thanks guys. We appreciate y’all.

These guys are hands down the best around period! I been a customer for years and they have always been good to me and I can be a pain in their rear ends 😆 but they are always fair on prices and will work with you to make you happy and that's all I can ask for! Tyler the store manager is incredible at what he does and really cares about his customer satisfaction there is zero doubt there and that's rare anymore! I refuse to take my business anywhere else!

This whole store has been phenomenal!!! We moved in back in October and had basically nothing and we went in there and got a couch, dinner table, and computers and Alicia and Tyler were amazing and so helpful! Delivery was quick and easy as well! We did have to return things due to money, but it was easy! Will definitely continue working with them! Especially Alicia and Tyler!!
