They r so sweet! Omg! lilly is amazing her customer service is perfect I couldn't ask for a better person to be working with. I went in to rent to own and I needed a dryer because mine took a crap. I was welcomed with arms wide open if that makes any sense. She has helped me through everything. I had issues with the dryer. It wasn't working and then I got a new dryer and it works great. I called and let her know and made her day by telling her that but rent to own for Coshocton, Ohio. I really recommend it to anybody
