The employees are very nice and friendly. They are very helpful in trying to get what you are looking for. The manager is very helpful when you have a problem with a product.

Ordered a sectional. Manager told me it's on its way from zville that day. Waited all day. Finally called them back only to be told by manager that it didn't get there till closing time and all drivers were gone for the day. I called the next day and was told the sectional had just arrived that morning!! Manager straight lied to me just to keep a sale then offered me a free week. No thanks RAC. Terrible customer service!!!
