Bad experience paying over 1,000$ for lawn equipment (i paid it off quick ) and members plus warranty (called Donnie and Chris ) they said they can’t find any macanics to fix the weed eater or mower with members plus warranty (they sent Donnie to fix the mower ) still having issues (I used each tool 3-4 times before issues occurred ) 3 months later my equipment I bought from them still is not fixed ( I turned the weed eater in like 2 months ago (informed them of the mower issue before the weed eat start smoking , pretty much on fire ) they offer me 600$ credit on new instore item but failed to fix the equipment I spent over 1,000$ on and I called Chris and Donnie several times and they have failed to call me back about the issue with the equipment nor fix the issue .horrible way to treat your cash paying customers !! I Will be calling the bbb and I do not recommend anyone to go threw this location how would you feel that you spent $1000 paid it off quick and now the equipment didn’t last long and also paid for members plus warranty and now forced to go buy new from another store ! I fill ripped off of my hard earned money !! Not how anyone should fill !! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM RENT A CENTER AGAIN
RAC now accepts returns from Amazon and this location is MILES closer to me than the UPS Store. The guys here are friendly and helpful, and I hope this partnership with Amazon will continue. Thanks RAC!
If I could put negative stars I would Chris is a horrible store manager he is not professional at all whatsoever he calls you bud and bro when you call they damaged my wall when they brought in my couch and Chris basically said it’s not there problem so it will be a problem when the police come to there store with paper work

Chris was very quick to get me off the phone and not help me with anything. He didn’t tell me what I needed to do to get approved even though I was already approved online. I sat and waited for a week in a half for a phone call and they never called. I called them only for them to tell me to get lost. If someone fills an app out online and it says approved and yall accept a payment it should go through all around. Not say that you’re approved ONLINE then have to call THEM to see where you’re order is at cause they are going to take a payment out already to tell you that you weren’t approved. I wish I would’ve gotten more help from Jerry from the store on west broadway. I feel like he would’ve pointed me in the right direction instead of telling me too bad so sad type of bs.
He was a very sweet knowledgeable young man explained everything how the program works early buyouts totals..he was great..thanks again for being so punctual and polite.. until we meet again 🙂..
