If I could put negative stars I would Chris is a horrible store manager he is not professional at all whatsoever he calls you bud and bro when you call they damaged my wall when they brought in my couch and Chris basically said it’s not there problem so it will be a problem when the police come to there store with paper work

Chris was very quick to get me off the phone and not help me with anything. He didn’t tell me what I needed to do to get approved even though I was already approved online. I sat and waited for a week in a half for a phone call and they never called. I called them only for them to tell me to get lost. If someone fills an app out online and it says approved and yall accept a payment it should go through all around. Not say that you’re approved ONLINE then have to call THEM to see where you’re order is at cause they are going to take a payment out already to tell you that you weren’t approved. I wish I would’ve gotten more help from Jerry from the store on west broadway. I feel like he would’ve pointed me in the right direction instead of telling me too bad so sad type of bs.

He was a very sweet knowledgeable young man explained everything how the program works early buyouts totals..he was great..thanks again for being so punctual and polite.. until we meet again 🙂..
