Worst customer service Rude Very angry Lots of yelling about customers REALLY does NOT want to help Amazon customers with their returns AT ALL. Complained both times we have returned things through them the while time he was processing our returns. Made a mistake on the return and then tried to blame us fir his mistake when the information to avoid the mistake was fully available to him the whole time!!! And while processing our return very loudly said I cannot wait until we get to stop taking all these stupid (much different word here) Amazon returns.
I was at the center to do Amazon return. The staff was very helpful. Took care of my return and I got a text from Amazon before he even leaving the store or my refund had been processed.

I had the worst experience and never ended up even getting the washer and dryer I originally was trying to get. It was a mess just to get the washer and dryer I wanted then they come and put the washer and dryer in while I’m on the phone with the manager the man was rude and unprofessional so I told him I no longer wanted to business with them that they can come get the washer and dryer in the meanwhile the washer wasn’t hooked up correctly causing a whole flood of water on my floor The manager then tells the man who delivered the washer and dryer to come back, get the washer and dryer and to clean my floor because it was flooded the man who delivered comes back and he’s doing as he’s told, and the manager tells him to make sure to take a picture and when he was done, he was told to mop my floor. I told him he doesn’t have to mop my floor just get all the water and he was told to record me telling him he doesn’t have to mop my floor which is illegal but OK I’m assuming trying to protect them self for any future problems that would occur due to water damage. I get a call the next day from Rent-A-Center from a different manager with apologies saying that shouldn’t have happened and I just said I didn’t want to do business with them I just wanted my money back and he said he has to wait for the other person( manager) to come in and then we would discuss it so then I waited a few days and he’s like well. I hope you thought it over and I was just still no I don’t want to do business with you but he was very insistent so I said OK one last chance and the washer and dryer never came. They just completely bailed out. It’s been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever gone through and I will never do business with them. Save yourself a headache.
When I went into the store, Kevin was right there very enthusiastic knew his products well and doing what he can to clean up that store by the looks of everything. Someone with that much enthusiasm this company has found a great employee!
Little issue but they took good care of me
A women (Name starts with an R, if you know you know) in there is terrible in office but the delivery guys are amazing. Professional, kind and get the job done.
