Literally placed an order online for a gaming pc and paid 25 as a down payment. I then get a call saying I apparently dont qualify for any electronics and they couldn't give me a reason so I called corporate and they said that their system just says I don't qualify for electronics but maybe I should buy some furniture and make payments on-time then I might qualify. I found this bs because I've already rented from a different rentacenter and did the 6 months same as cash options and paid it off in that time but apparently that doesnt count. (Edit) I also forgot when I go to the section that says im pre-approved for 2000 it has electronics littered throughout it which gets me even more mad.

Nice bang for your buck!!! And the 2 delivery drivers PJ and THOMAS are the nicest guys very polite and kind will have them.deliver anything to my home anytime!!!!! They have a box of DUNKIN COMING FROM ME.

I bought a living room set back in 1994. I was 23 years old and my fiance and I had an infant and would not been able to have a nice living room set without financing it through Rent-A-Center.

Bad customer service (rude)..I canceled the order before I even got the order. Almost took 3 weeks to get my washer and dryer set(which I didn’t get). And when I asked if I would have to still make a payment on my due date even though I didn’t receive my delivery they said yes. I canceled right then and there. How would you expect me to pay for something I didn’t have. Didn’t offer to make an adjustment just told me I would have to pay. If that’s how the relationship starts then I don’t want it. Just give me my refund please. Good luck
