Only 14 days past due and was going to be the 2 missed payments in a week and a half. But no one could at least extend it they needed a payment right then and there! Obviously if I am telling you I needed a week and a half and would pay the 2 payment that are missed and be caught up there’s nothing that can be done. BUT calling AARONS I spoke to someone and they GENUINELY told me that I can pay the 2 missed payments in a week and a half WITH NO PROBLEM. They understood ESPECIALLY given how many items I paid off and still have. So y’all can come get y’all things. I will never ever do business with you again !! I can understand if I was an entire month behind but like 14 days !!!!

I then get a call saying I apparently dont qualify for any electronics and they couldn't give me a reason so I called corporate and they said that their system just says I don't qualify for electronics but maybe I should buy some furniture and make payments on-time then I might qualify. I found this bs because I've already rented from a different rentacenter and did the 6 months same as cash options and paid it off in that time but apparently that doesnt count. (Edit) I also forgot when I go to the section that says im pre-approved for 2000 it has electronics littered throughout it which gets me even more mad.

And when I asked if I would have to still make a payment on my due date even though I didn’t receive my delivery they said yes. I canceled right then and there. How would you expect me to pay for something I didn’t have. Didn’t offer to make an adjustment just told me I would have to pay. If that’s how the relationship starts then I don’t want it.
