1 star from me theses people blow up your phone come to your home and treat you like you thousands of dollars behind on the payment then threatens to come pick up the furniture over $65. Let’s start off Tyler he comes to my apartment and I asked him multiple times how much do I owe to get caught up he tell me $65 I pay the $65 then the next week Mark calls and say I’m pay due of $35 I tell them I dnt have to $35 because I asked Tyler how much was I past due and he said $6. So Tyler calls the next week denies saying $65 to get caught up then threatens to get the furniture because I didn’t have the money so at this point I’m behind $35+ the next week $55 +$10 late fee. So today I was going to pay $127 to get caught up I only can put down $65 off my cashapp card because I reached my spending limit then send the other $57 to my family so I can just used her card and pay if after I get off work, Mark declines the $67 and says he can’t accept the payment like that only the full amount of $127 and he then threaten to pick up the furniture.This location is so unprofessional I never delt with a company that declines money at least I’m trying to pay and get caught up today!! They keep saying since it’s a new account they been trying to help me .. HELP ME HOW ?? If you not paying the amount they won’t they declines and want to come get the furniture this is very frustrating for my first time renting. DO BETTER !!

The worst place very unprofessional they don’t know how to follow simple protocol, but will collect your money the same day you call asking for a couch, but take two weeks to verify things and to do delivery I’m still waiting for my refund and yet have not receive it !!!!

The team at Rent-A-Center Luzerne Street in Scranton is always helpful, professional, and friendly. They make the whole process easy and hassle-free. Great service every time! The delivery people were kind courteous young men who were very Respectful they delivered my dryer and installed it and record time. I was very happy with the services

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a Rent-A-center or Aarons , As other comments have mentioned, they are very rude specifically a guy named Sean, who says whatever you want to hear and doesn't listen to what you're saying at all! They delivered me a broken couch and then he proceeded to act like it was my fault that I didn't realize sooner than four days after delivery that the couch was broken underneath because that's a normal thing to expect broken furniture! Also, I specifically said I didn't want anything with dog hair or dog smell all over it sure enough the couch said that I got delivered that was being told it was brand new to begin with, but the sides of it were covered in hair. I had to immediately go purchase rollers and spent the whole day getting the dog hair off the couch and I'm sure they're still plenty of it. Still on there! Originally, I had a different contract that they were supposed to cancel and refund me. The initial payment still have not been refunded that they have already picked up the furniture at this point that I did end up getting from them and I was just charged another payment by them! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I will be reporting them for fraudulent payments taken as well!
