Great place, Randy was a big help getting us what we needed and provided a good deal. Just had it delivered and the delivery guys went above and beyond getting it up the stairs and around the corner. Excellent work, highly recommend.

Will never recommend rent a center to anyone. These people get your hopes up just to then give a condescending attitude when they are questioned because of misinformation that a sales representative at their store gave you. They don’t communicate with other coworkers to let them know what’s going on they just want the say and call it a day. Was treated very unfairly by the assistant manager and the manager. And mind you one of the women workers there wasn’t dressed professionally at all she had on a sports bra with legging shorts and a long sweater with slides on that is very unprofessional as well.

This store has gone above and beyond in customer service and ensuring my satisfaction with my products along my path to ownership. Vilmarie and Jerrica are my go to people and they have always been extremely helpful. Michael the store manager is a great guy who always has your best interest at mind. Thank you to this team for everything they’ve done and continue to do for me.

Delivery and the product was fine, but they kept charging me (AKA Stealing) $40/week after the product was returned within the 7 day rental. Instead of paying me back they gave me Rent a Center Credits which is useless to me as I won't be renting from them again, unless they give me an actual full refund. Also, customer service was really rude and shady. Mike told me I have to come all the way to the store on my time to fix their error, and they would give me cash less of what they took. So shady. I would stay away from this location, and probably this company.
