Absolute worst choice made, never again will I use RAC or refer anyone here. As a responsible adult I informed RAC of my stolen debit card, and that I was scheduled for surgery and would be in reachable for the month. Was assured that was fine, at the end of the month to update with new info once able. To be discharged 2 weeks later and get home to discover not only did I have well over 67 calls, voicemails, and texts. That an employee showed up at my residence, taking photos of every car in the driveway, the house, the neighboring houses, demanding to see people’s ID, verbally assaulted the home owner calling her profanities and refused to leave the property. All documented. Contacted RAC again upon discharge and not once has someone from RAC attempted to apologize or address their harassment and treatment of customers. May I add up till incident my payment was never late and always made. There are better companies that actually value and respect their customers. I’d choose elsewhere
The people are great. They make you feel part of the rent a center family. Most important they work with you. I highly recommend them. I have purchased 3 items from them. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Great place, Randy was a big help getting us what we needed and provided a good deal. Just had it delivered and the delivery guys went above and beyond getting it up the stairs and around the corner. Excellent work, highly recommend.
Will never recommend rent a center to anyone. These people get your hopes up just to then give a condescending attitude when they are questioned because of misinformation that a sales representative at their store gave you. They don’t communicate with other coworkers to let them know what’s going on they just want the say and call it a day. Was treated very unfairly by the assistant manager and the manager. And mind you one of the women workers there wasn’t dressed professionally at all she had on a sports bra with legging shorts and a long sweater with slides on that is very unprofessional as well.
This store has gone above and beyond in customer service and ensuring my satisfaction with my products along my path to ownership. Vilmarie and Jerrica are my go to people and they have always been extremely helpful. Michael the store manager is a great guy who always has your best interest at mind. Thank you to this team for everything they’ve done and continue to do for me.
