The folks at the Broadway store in Lorain, OH are FANTASTIC! Whenever I need something, I usually need it fast! They pull through for me each and every time!!! Great customer service from initial call to delivery and to the final step of paying off my rental and owning it! My furniture, tvs, appliances - all are from RAC in Lorain!

This is the only RENT A CENTER that me and my family go to! They are very friendly and have great customer service i cannot complain. They have treated me and my family great we have already gotten a few things from here with no issues they help you in what you need and want truly to theyre best so you could leave happy and satisfyed with your furniture or appliances... And they are Bilingual as well if needed translation...We have never had any unsatisfactory dissapointments... This is the rent a center i would go to if you plan on getting furniture or appliance!
