Horrible customer service by Christian: dropped by, and clarified that if we deliver the required docs by a set hour, the portable AC unit will be delivered to us the same day. However once we presented the papers (before the set time deadline), Christian told us same day delivery is impossible. What a waste of time

Horrible and unfair service I will never again use rentacenters services. I'm done with them. Just a horrible experience completely.

Have been using RAC since 2005...Justin at Meister Road is the best Manager I've dealt with...Never had any negative issues with RAC since we've been a customer...Large variety to choose from and they will work with you even If you incur an issue...Love RAC
