I went into Rent-A-Center in Clackamas the other day I looked at a computer TV overpriced the payments overpriced the interest rate is overpriced you could buy a new computer a new TV at Best buy or Walmart or Target for twice cheaper plus sales people there are very rude if you don't buy nothing from it they're not going to help you

I have not been treated badly by Brittany or the other gentleman who works here. But I definitely know that I don’t like Jodi. Jodi, is the type of personality over the phone who will make you shut down your whole agreement and go somewhere else. The only reason I deal with you guys is because it’s convenient, and I would suggest that you stop treating your customers like recipients. Because like I said, some of us come to you out of convenience not because we have to. So this is a message to Jodi, work on your customer service especially over the phone, because you didn’t help me set up my agreement. So I suggest you don’t screw up somebody else’s work because you have an attitude problem.

Brittany needs to learn customer service skills a little better, cant say one thing and do another. Not worth it..

The manager Brittany just called me arguing with my rating on my final survey, lectured me about why she called 50 times a day and then said she wished she could give customers zero stars but she cannot so she called to harass and call me names instead. My furniture is completely paid off. Stop calling me psycho! I owe you zero dollars and have completed my agreement there is zero reason for calls and I will be blocking the number. Ps Brittany, if I could give you zero stars on yelp I would too. But one is the lowest.

Computer has blue screen of death loop, Sam and his team were quick to investigate. Gnarly virus. Sam is explaining the steps moving forward and keeping options open for me. Even though its not yet fixed, i feel like the computer is in good hands. Thanks for working hard to fix my issue! Update: my computer was fixed much faster than expected, very pleased with the hard work. Thank you Sam and crew!
