When you get from them make sure you check the furniture. My stuff is now paid off ! And I’m stuck with A bed with cigarette burns and no boxspring or the original metal rods that suppose to nailed down inside, I am left to sleep on a mattress on top of a thick piece of wood ! Extremely uncomfortable, I was told they don’t sell boxsprings anymore after the purchase and not before hand , I can tell someone else owned the bed before me and didn’t pay they took it back , didn’t bother to order new pieces or replace the burns from someone smoking they just gave it to me and I still paid it off ! I took a marker to try and cover up the cigarette burns that the previous owners had did . It’s cool but nah . They wasn’t supposed send me no bed looking like that but they did . I just won’t go back to any place that rent out furniture anymore. That’s a lot of money for something you can tell been used and abused . They knew better than that . , I have bigger fish to fry I just won’t get from any rent a center anymore. You don’t know what people be having in their homes and you all getting furniture that’s been in other peoples homes . They will grab it from them and then sell it or rent to you as is for the full amount , i just got tired of running back and forth having their people come in and out of my home to bring stuff trapping dirt and all on the carpet it’s not worth it . But I did it and paid it off 👍🏾🦾 but they’re not gonna see me again they can keep the discounts for a next purchase cause it ain’t gon be one 😎 yours first impression is your best impression . I had a bad experience on my first go round so good job on not wanting me to come back

In the 8 years I’ve been a customer with rent a center, I can honestly say that I’ve never had a bad thing to say about them. They have always worked with me if I ever needed it and has always come through with anything I’ve needed to buy through them.

I’m STILL renting ( MY choice) But wanted new Bedroom so I don’t have a problem except wish we got a discount for being a good customer I wouldn’t care if it was a dust cloth lol . But I have rented FOR YEARS single mom couldn’t pay all at once. Now SHE has rented/ renting!! We both could use a break.. Dang whole world lol.. But their Furniture is ALWAYS NICE.. You could always order.. Big Elk Mall is where I rent from..

Over all my experience has been fantastic. Sales Rep helping me was very kind and super insightful. The guys who came out to deliver the furniture were very polite, cautious, quiet and worked very quickly to get the job done. The experience so far has been easy going and friendly.

Norm, Lisa, and the Big Elk Mall Rent-A-Center crew are amazing! They gave me exceptional customer service, high-quality merchandise/furniture, and timely delivery!! I don’t write reviews but I’m so impressed by them that I had to write this!
