Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this place at all. Esmeralda did nothing to help find a solution when I had a bad experience, even though she mentioned that she finds solutions for other customers. The delivery team that brought my couch didn’t even make a real effort to bring it inside. They rushed the entire process, gave up almost immediately, and seemed more interested in leaving than providing good customer service. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and frustrating. I expected much better service and support.
not very good customer service. when they delivered my couches the delivery guys damaged them and were rushing the whole time. i feel as they didn't even try correctly just gave up halfway and decided it wasn't going to work and left. very rude and unfriendly! we have been waiting a week for this couch and this is the experience we are having being first time customers is horrible!
Avoid this particular location. Paid the deposit online, went into the store on 3 different occasions and was unable to get anyone to complete my order.
Reserved an item online and paid the deposit. Submitted all the information and verification paperwork they asked for. Was told I would receive a call to confirm. No call ever came. Went back online, the item was no longer in my order, just gone, no history of the deposit, nothing. Checked in the app, nothing there either. I do have an email re iept. Received a text the next day trying to sell me other items. Was told I would get a call in 10 minutes, 6 hours later they call. No one knows where the item i put the deposit on is, and they can't figure out how to refund since they can't find the order. Even after giving them the order number on my receipt. I really hope it's just that one location.
🚨🚨🚨🚩🚩🚩If you’re thinking about doing any type of business with them DON'T the Tropicana location has the most unprofessional staff that is completely unorganized. I ordered a couch that was supposed to be delivered in a week is what we were told then it turned into 2 weeks on the day of delivery at 5pm when they close at 6pm we were told we needed to send another document. Mind you they've had 2 weeks to ask for this additional information they needed but waited until the end of business to notify us, not only that but they have already taken a payment out of my account. So my question is how do you take someone's money and still need a document to be sent in. There management team and staff needs more training and how to run a business I will be contacting the BBB and FTC as well as Nevada Consumer Affairs. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.....
Amazon told me I could do their return on any rent a center with my return QR code. When I went in the store, the person said they can not do it and told me off to another store. I got a flight to catch in two hrs so I just had to dump the item into a trash. Worst place
