The staff was friendly, but I don't think they're properly trained. My family and I got a washer from them yesterday, and the delivery drivers didn't install the washer properly, they didn't use actual tools to properly seal the cold water valve which caused water damage to our laundry room floor. I sent them pictures, but they claimed they didn't receive the pictures I had sent, so I went and double-checked the outgoing email, the pictures were there. Then they claimed they needed our landlords information, all because we asked them if there was something they could do to make it right. I've spent the last fifteen years of my life working in retail, so I understand how difficult it can be to work with the public but we trusted them to know what they were doing and they didn't. It felt unprofessional and a bit disrespectful.

They were good at first. Now they leave people like me in financial peril. They used my credit card for auto renew that I didn't agree too. They say it's their new rule. Thieves. Go to Aarons! Much better service.
