I had a wonderful experience here, returning an Amazon order! The lady I spoke with was really nice and I’m kicking myself for not writing down her name with my MS brain. Please come here for your returns! It’s so easy and the woman I spoke to is kind, friendly, quick, efficient, and a professional! If I ever have an Amazon return again, I will be happy to come here!! And the store smells LOVELY! I had to ask what the fragrance was because it was fresh and reminded me of being in a garden. Not overwhelming though, just a nice spring scent.
My mom recently went to the Longview Rent-A-Center to return an Amazon package. All she asked for was a receipt showing she had dropped off her return, similar to the receipt she normally receives at UPS. Instead of simply explaining their process, the two ladies working there spoke to her in a very rude and dismissive manner, showing just how disrespectful they were. One of them told her, “We don’t do that here,” and to “check your email” because she would eventually receive confirmation. Also said "they aren't amazon." The interaction was completely unnecessary and lacked even basic courtesy. To make matters worse, they told my mom not to come back. There is never a reason to treat a customer—especially a senior—with disrespect. Kindness and patience cost nothing, and businesses should know how to communicate professionally with everyone who walks through their doors. If you’re considering using this location for Amazon returns, I would think twice. While the returns may be free, I’d rather spend the extra dollar to return my package at UPS, where she’s consistently been treated with respect and provided with immediate proof of her return. Based on this experience, this Rent-A-Center seems to care very little about customer service, especially when it comes to older members of the community. It’s disappointing and unacceptable.
Kimberly is fantastic store manager, I've gotten several items from rent a center over the many years and Kimberly is by the best manager. She is great at customer service. Highly recommend this store to anyone.
Niki at Longview rent a center is literally and angel sent from the heavens, she helped me a few times now and I got everything I wanted and needed for an amazing price and couldn't be happier. I will definitely be recommending all my friends to come check this location out if they wanna get anything!
First time to this Rent A Center in Longview. I was greeted right away. And they were not pushy. I looked around and I ended up asking some questions. I find out that I was actually talking to the store manager Kimberly. I truly appreciate her thorough work ethic.
