I will not renting from rent a center again how can you charge someone for something that they didn't get until the next week then I am a gold vip so I got 2 weeks free and my payment is due today and I have not had the furniture 2 weeks yet then they tell me my contact starts the day I do it so I'm paying for furniture that I have not had 2 weeks yet make it make since do not rent from them go to Aaron's when you do your application online with Aaron's your bill doesn't start until your furniture is delivered

Rent A Center sent a gentleman to my house today to seek payment of a rented Playstation!!! After ringing my door bell and banging on my door a few times. My wife came to the door since she works from home but was on a Teams meeting. Come to find out the RAC employee had the wrong address. As I'm watching this unfold on my cameras. Please be extremely careful who y'all have banging on people's doors like they the police, especially when your at the wrong address!!! Management needs to do better out of this location with ensuring they sending these people to the correct location or something.

The customer service was horrible, the staff just sat behind the desk and didn't even acknowledge us until we approached the counter.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I purchased a Whirlpool steam dryer, and it is completely unacceptable that Rent A Center did not hook up the washer and dryer to ensure everything was functioning properly. As a result, I am now left with the inconvenience of paying for a splitter and an additional hose. This treatment of customers, especially those spending a significant amount of money, is simply not acceptable. The level of customer service I encountered was among the worst I have ever experienced. Additionally, I had to install the vent myself because the delivery team neglected to handle it, and in the process, they caused damage to my wall. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Moreover, I was informed that my delivery date changed due to their failure to pick up the washer and dryer on the scheduled day. This entire experience has been frustrating and needs serious improvement. Just unacceptable!

I have received pieces to my king-size bed and I’m currently paying $2000 for and it’s been two months and have you had to receive any pieces to my bed and now the support bar to my king size bed is broken completed. This is unacceptable and I would not be paying for a bill that is not complete. An I had to use zip ties to secure my bed
