My experience with the delivery service hasn’t been great. I understand that the team might be very busy, but communication with customers could really be improved. I was given a specific delivery date and waited during the time frame provided, but received no updates. I eventually had to call to find out what was going on. It would be very helpful to get a call or a message when there are delays, or at least a clear confirmation of the estimated delivery time. The staff I’ve spoken to have been polite, but the lack of follow-up and communication leaves a negative impression. I hope this part of the service can be improved.

Terrible customer service. Add on fees last minute with no disclosure. Made me pay without making an agreement and made me pay MORE just to create the agreement. Go to any other location but this one.

Ms Brenda is an angel on earth. She is super professional and compassionate. Ms Brenda went above and beyond to make sure me and my children get what we need in the next couple days. She also made the entire process quick and easy. Ms Brenda also has great communication skills. If you come here ask for ms Brenda trust me she’s great

Tania did not know what she was doing. I had to sign a contract three different times. Was also misled about delivery. And then after everything, they delivered a faulty washer that flooded my house at the first use.

Stay FAR away from this place!! If you decide to come here READ, READ, READ THE CONTRACT!!! It's always something!! I missed ONE payment in a year of ON TIME payments because I lost my debit card. Asked them to wave the late fee they said I'm sorry it's computer generated. After speaking to the higher up I was told waving the fee should have been NO PROBLEM. It's also frustrating with the language barrier, the communication, and understanding. You try to explain and they talk over with saying the same thing "Thats just how it is, its in your contract." They are ONLY out for taking your money, not helping you. Its VERY frustrating because I am a GREAT paying customer! ALWAYS on time with 3 paid off items, and another one about to be paid off in 2 weeks! Customer service has went WAY down and they don't care if they lose you as a customer! I'm NOT purchasing ANYTHING from this location EVER again and I'll be making another call to corporate.
