It’s not right that I have to wait till the next day because they told me they would have it to me by four and it was in a certain location, but they had to go to a different location and I already had to delivery dates set up with me because their staff doesn’t communicate and call me and say something

Everyone there is very pleasant, professional, and direct. They have a great system in place, everything pretty much gets done so when you walk in the store, you just grab your item for the most part and walk out. Quick and very convenient.

Poor poor experience! This place removed my feedback. They not only don’t take care of customers, but they don’t allow them to warn others of their ill behavior. I bought a recliner from them, paid it off early, but a bolt sheared off a few days before my pay off date in original contract. They told me nothing they could do. I left a review on google and RAC corporate site. They reached out to me and had me come in to talk to regional manager who reassured me they would get us a new chair. Never heard back from them. Upon surfing my old Google reviews I found this one blank with 1 star… they had content removed. Shame on them for hiding. I would’ve removed it myself if they had taken care of me.
