Very pleasant never had an issue with them made many payments as long you stay in communication with the staff you won't have any issues, also they are very clear about the process!!

Horrible customer service from the management. Instead of trying to fix the situation cause by employees not being trained properly and giving you false information to get you to sign a agreement, goes off on customers trying to understand the situation I was lied into updated to reply to rent a center the email i wrote the review from is the same as on your system. Im legitimate customer with a current account and up to date payments.

Horrible customer service from the management. Instead of trying to fix the situation cause by employees not being trained properly and giving you false information to get you to sign a agreement, goes off on customers trying to understand the situation I was lied into. Unprofessional, negligent , incompetent and immoral is the values they go by. Doesn't matter if you are a respectful, responsible client they will try to scamm every cent of your pocket. BBB sure will investigate the way they lied to clients to get them to sign fraudulent contracts.

4:24 Wednesday November 6, 2024 walked in and was greeted by this cool bearded guy (Tyler), helped me and my mom get a new dinning table and a twin bed. And 🫵 you better get that black Friday deal because it is with any item. Then lefted as new people at 4:46. Btw Tyler has great dance moves. 😁👍
