I like Your friendly stuff because they work with you and they always know who I am instead of asking, but they know what they're doing especially lessle she a wonderful worker and has the patience to talk and explain. I like RAC for their finance.
I had a really good experience with Rent-A-Center. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy to understand. I liked that they worked with me on payments and didn’t make me feel pressured. The delivery was quick, and everything was set up without any hassle. Anytime I had a question, they were patient and willing to help. Overall, it’s been a convenient option for getting what I needed without paying everything upfront. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flexible payment options.
Very pleasant never had an issue with them made many payments as long you stay in communication with the staff you won't have any issues, also they are very clear about the process!!
Horrible customer service from the management. Instead of trying to fix the situation cause by employees not being trained properly and giving you false information to get you to sign a agreement, goes off on customers trying to understand the situation I was lied into updated to reply to rent a center the email i wrote the review from is the same as on your system. Im legitimate customer with a current account and up to date payments.

Unprofessional, negligent , incompetent and immoral is the values they go by. Doesn't matter if you are a respectful, responsible client they will try to scamm every cent of your pocket. BBB sure will investigate the way they lied to clients to get them to sign fraudulent contracts.
Customer for over 10 years. Never have we been disappointed. Cody is awesome!
