if you actually want your furniture delivered in a timely fashion, go to aaron’s. ordered 2 days ago, got a delivery date of friday, then it got changed to monday and guy says there’s nothing he can do. we have no furniture in our first house and now it’s going to sit empty for a whole other week. ridiculous service. don’t waste your money. they’re also going to charge you you’re first payment before they drag out delivery. if it wasn’t a hassle to cancel I would. edit: my delivery has now been moved to wednesday. RIDICULOUS. edit 2: it didn’t come yesterday, wednesday. it was cancelled with the manager saying we never verified the order and she tried to call. I have copies of all the signed documents submitted, and the paperwork submitted, the money paid, and neither of us had absolutely any missed calls. on top of that, we spoke on the phone with 3 different people during this confirming our delivery days. she swore it would be here this morning yet here we are with no furniture still. seriously do not do business with these people. at this point they are nothing but liars and thieves. the most they offered us was 1 week free on a speaker we never wanted.

Erica was great. She was very helpful, attentive, and understanding. She found exactly what I was looking for.

The sales lady Erica was great. Helped me take care of everything. Only issue I had was when I went to Gadsden to pick up my stove, understanding it was a return. It was infested with roaches, it was dirty as can be like they didn't even try to clean it. And yes I took pics before I picked it up. But when I called Anniston to speak with Erica, she was busy with a customer so the gentleman I spoke to basically didn't even care, and was like oh well. If it wasn't for the fact of me needing a stove desperate for Thanksgiving I would have brought it back and dropped it off at the front door. I mean it doesn't take much to wrap a bag around it and drop a bug bomb in it. Then wipe it down. For what I'm paying for this thing, it's the least that could be done. Again Erica was phenomenal and I will only deal with her.

Everyone I spoke to was super helpful & so nice!! Everything was done over the phone other than the delivery ofc which made it so easy!! They definitely go above & beyond for your needs!! 10/10 recommend!!
