The staff was so nice and it was so easy for me to go in and get the things and everything signed
The associates did great and were helpful, I rated four stars because the bed frame I had wanted wasn't available and I was never able to get it. It. But the associates were great!
When I was moving the men from RAC came to pick up my furniture to hold it they dropped my loveseat and laughed as they put it in the truck. I called to get it back set a date and then discovered the date they would deliver was changed because they gave my time frame to someone else..I said fine then a week later it snowed so I asked to wait a couple days for the safety of the delivery people. We set another date. They came to deliver the furniture and I noticed they had changed the feet of the love seat and it sat a lot lower. I did not say anything. But then I noticed it was not the same blue I had before and via pictures I verified both. Ok I chose not to say anything. I called to thank them then forgot to ask McKayla another question and Ron answered saying she was not there. So I told him I'd call back. Then I thought why not ask Ron so I called and McKayla answered. That hurt. Yesterday Ron was busy both times I called I heard him tell Ronnie in the background to tell him he was busy. Then when I tried to ask a question heRon told Ronnie to tell me they were too busy for my question..and Ronnie said they were busy ...too busy for me the customer...?? I thought to myself. I wanted to make payment arrangements, pay off my items with my tax refund and be taken off the auto pay. Because of this I chose to call my bank but stop payment on anything coming from Rent-A-Center and to change my card so that they did not have access to any cards I have now. I will be paying them in cash, and I am ever so hurt by how they are treating me. Will I keep the items I have? I have to think about that before today and tomorrow because it's just not right how I'm being treated. Or ignored as I should say. Hurt dismayed at how I'm being treated.
The guys are 100%real, down to earth, and most of all know what it's like out here. They have trust in people who do the right thing by then. So keep in touch with your rent a center they will treat you right you're family. That's real talk.
It was a great experience Mary rose was the one with whom I spoke to and made the agreement with. She was very nice and she was amazing with keeping it simple and easy to understand that it was quickly started and finished with.
