This team is absolutely amazing! Have worked with me through some issues where my payments were late due to a surgery I’d had. They went above and beyond. When I needed a washer and dryer I tried one of the sets they had there. Hated it! Returned it no hassle no problems. Went to NFM and picked out a great set same total price. They ordered it for me, picked it up and delivered it here no cost at all. My payments are the exact same. I paid a minimal deposit on the new set and that was it. Couldn’t ask for more or better from these guys. Seriously my credit stinks and I’m getting new appliances 90 days same as cash of my choice! Rent a center is where I’m going for all my large appliance replacements from now on! Thank you rent a center for this option! Your amazing .

I am so over the manager at this location. I guess she forgets it's the customers that keep you employed. Always rude, hate dealing with Brenda, I'm curious to know how many good customers she is running away. Sad that this one person reflects the center as a whole. I may have to switch my location.

My auto pay has been messed up 4 times they blow my phone up every day for the past 6 days. I work I've reset it up and went into the store multiple times to address this same issue. The guy on the phone today was rude and pushy while I am working refused to give me a number of a district or regional manager. I've been a long time customer and won't be for long do no go here do no buy from them stay clear untill they can get someone respectfull in the store and there system working right. Never been treated so badly........

Last time I’m ever doing business with rent a center both stores were owned by snobby white people. They discriminated me so bad. To the point where they were triggering my brain injury. I’m a TBI survivor so too many changes and things that are difficult is too much for me . He said I was coming off disrespectful, when really he was discriminating my disability. So I got discriminated 2 times, I tried calling the 1-800 number but nobody ever answers and if they do it’s nothing but dead air. I was threatened by Frank to have my order cancelled, so I agreed and said okay just cancel it then. It took them 2 hours to send me a email with the cancellation receipt. It makes sense why this couch won’t get rented out, he’ll tell you that it never gets the chance to get delivered , it’s because he won’t allow it to get delivered. It’s the black fur Ashley furniture sectional. Everything was fine until I got a text message saying they were going to try to deliver it during my work hours. Even though I told him specifically multiple times that I work Saturday 9-3 , so why try to deliver from 1-3? Then today when I told him I work 4-7 he changed the delivery time via voicemail and said they wouldn’t b able to deliver until today around the time I’ll be at work . Like what the heck? My God is not a God of confusion but A God of Clarity. I’m never doing business with them again and I will not be recommending anybody else.
