I currently have a contact with them, and my experience is mixed. Sure the product is okay but business practices are questionable. I was signed up for auto pay without consent twice. Then be warned, if your payment not made within an hour or do of when then want it, they will call nonstop. On a particular day I got two calls within 20 minutes of each other. I have brought this up and every time they claim that they are clueless to the previous calls. This tells me two possibilities; one, they truly are clueless and never leave call attempts on the customer file or two, they are okay with the constant harassment of customers. Once my contract is complete, I will never use this company again.
UPDATE I had a very frustrating experience with this store and feel compelled to share it. I was told the speaker I wanted would arrive within a specific timeframe, but after waiting approximately seven weeks, I discovered that the speaker I requested was not even the speaker that had been ordered. At no point was I notified of this change, nor was I provided with meaningful updates regarding the delay. My disappointment is not simply about the wait time. It is about the lack of communication, the misinformation surrounding my order, and the fact that there was still no clear ETA for when the correct product would arrive. I acted in good faith throughout the process and made decisions based on the information provided to me. Had I been given accurate updates, I could have explored other options much sooner. Customer service and communication are important, especially when delays or mistakes occur. Unfortunately, I felt left in the dark and was forced to repeatedly seek answers on my own. I believe the situation could have been handled much better with honest communication and proactive updates. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve communication with customers in the future. While I understand that delays can happen, customers deserve accurate information and transparency when circumstances change. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. My auto pay has been messed up 4 times they blow my phone up every day for the past 6 days. I work I've reset it up and went into the store multiple times to address this same issue. The guy on the phone today was rude and pushy while I am working refused to give me a number of a district or regional manager. I've been a long time customer and won't be for long do no go here do no buy from them stay clear untill they can get someone respectfull in the store and there system working right. Never been treated so badly........

This team is absolutely amazing! Have worked with me through some issues where my payments were late due to a surgery I’d had. They went above and beyond. When I needed a washer and dryer I tried one of the sets they had there. Hated it! Returned it no hassle no problems. Went to NFM and picked out a great set same total price. They ordered it for me, picked it up and delivered it here no cost at all. My payments are the exact same. I paid a minimal deposit on the new set and that was it. Couldn’t ask for more or better from these guys. Seriously my credit stinks and I’m getting new appliances 90 days same as cash of my choice! Rent a center is where I’m going for all my large appliance replacements from now on! Thank you rent a center for this option! Your amazing .

I am so over the manager at this location. I guess she forgets it's the customers that keep you employed. Always rude, hate dealing with Brenda, I'm curious to know how many good customers she is running away. Sad that this one person reflects the center as a whole. I may have to switch my location.
