The inclement weather delayed things for myself and rent a center but word is bond and they honored their word. Ms. Quannie and Mr. Jamal received at least 20 calls from me and didn’t get frustrated with me at any time. I’m very appreciative of that because I know how exhausting that can be. Also, the delivery guys were very chill and made conversation; in which, made the delivery seamless. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience has been great as a first time customer who moved here from Mississippi. I will definitely continue to do on time business here. Get in where ya fit in!! I’m thankful and satisfied 01/30/26

Quannie is very unprofessional said an ETA and then said there’s no update on when the delivery would occur. Directed me to what the website said…Thats not what it was stated when I did my original purchase on the website. I requested a complete cancelation of my order. Then he/she proceeded to say they just got a notification that the delivery would occur TODAY …..as if that would make me retract my decision. I don’t do business with unprofessional people and every delivery has an ETA. Getting smart with people when you’re loud and wrong it’s not a good look for your company. Do better!

I would stay FAR away from this store. Just not professional at all.Took my information, told me I was approved, called me in the middle of the work day asking for an updated pay stub and by the time I could get it to them, they had canceled my order. Never told me that would result, should have just told me when I was in the store, not 3 days AFTER I have been approved and scheduled an appointment. I call to check on my appointment and to my surprise my order was canceled. I clearly misunderstood and IMMEDIATELY sent over my updated pay stub and still wouldn’t deliver and even, blamed me for it, and now refuse to help because I canceled the order after the terrible way they handled the situation. I will take it as a sign that I didn’t need to do business with people who handle situations so unprofessionally. The bigger guy, can’t remember his name is the only person with sense there. Everyone else are not hospitable at all. I would recommend going slightly up the road to the location next to Family Dollar. They helped me with no issues or concerns.
