This was the first Rent-a-center I have step inside of. Kaylis (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and Jamal were more than helpful! They helped explain all of the available options for what I was looking for, and worked with me and my budget. I will definitely be returning to this location next time I am in the market for furniture regardless of renting or buying!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in for a bed set and a tv because I just moved.. They delivered the bed which had pee stains all over it literally. Called the store and told them about it and to please come get it out my apartment because it had my room and living room smelling like pee.. when I called up there,the guy told me he would get with his manager (this was Tuesday) never heard anything back. Called back up there (Thursday today) and the guy hung up the phone on me. I called cooperate and told them if they don’t come get it today I’m bringing it up there myself.. will never go to this place ever again. Also have proof that the bed was literally covered in pee. I got off work and couldn’t sleep in the bed I got from them for three days till I complained and called cooperate and they came to get it.

The Nolensville Rd location is Awesome. Best customer service. My daughter and I was greeted as soon as we walked in and Napel was able to help us with our need. Will definitely be doing business with this location only

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service!** Our experience with [Salesperson's Name] was outstanding. Even though the store didn’t have the exact product we needed, he went above and beyond to assist us, spending extra time ensuring we had all the information necessary. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. While the PC we purchased didn’t meet our son’s gaming needs due to the lower-end **RTX 3050 graphics card**, we plan to upgrade to a higher-end model with an **RTX 4060 or better** for improved performance. Despite this, the salesperson’s dedication made the experience worthwhile, and we highly recommend him for his exceptional service!

Well, I’m pretty impressed. They text me all day today at work and send me pictures through my text. Message didn’t drop the ball and this evening. I am not finding a bed on the rack that I like and I’ll get it on Thursday. Thank you.
