I would never go to them they very rude. I put cash money down and they told me I was approved and it would be delivered so when the delivery time came they told me everything wasn’t good that I had to have my boss call them. It was never told to me so I asked for a refund it was a cash refund. Then they tell me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my cash not on a card cash so I’ll never shop with them and if I was you. You shouldn’t either. Hope they shut the store down
I do not know who has taken over this store but VERY rude. My payments have always been auto drafted. The payment for 5/10 did not come out and I received a call on the 27th threatening me. ( I have made 16 out of 24 payments) AWFUL- who took over in the last few months is what I would like to know. I will not be dealing with this store- I will go straight through the website for my little remaining payments!!!!
Im highly highly upset due to the fact that I have been a loyal customer with them for almost over 10 years always make my payments on time or even before they are due my bill is paid so this week my dryer went out in my home I contact the store immediately ask for the store manager to give me a phone call back never received a phone call back from the store manager so I had to call back again and I was told that a certain person had to take out the trash and they will call me back in 30 minutes to put in a work request or something request for my dryer to be fixed I never received any phone call back never heard back from them so this morning I contact corporate and advise them the situation when a certain person called my phone back yes I was very highly upset and trying to speak my peace because as a value customer I need to be heard and instead of that certain person and employee listening to me they basically try to over talk me and kept saying when you want to get this done when you want to get this done very unprofessional especially with the amount of money I have invested in this company so I'm highly upset of the way that I was mistreated the way that I was talked to and the way that I was spoken to and not only that the lack of accountability that they had for the situation and how I felt because I should not have to reach out to corporate for them to even reach out to me this issue should have been fixed immediately just like they want their payments immediately and on time they should have the decency to take care of issues on time and not only that the store manager still has not picked up the phone and talk to me hasn't said anything or their district they do not value their customers anymore they have got so used to their job that they don't value their job or customers or value the money that we spend with their business they have lack of feelings and no value in morals and I'm highly upset this is for the Rent-A-Center on nolensville Pike pass the zoo located right beside a text place and family Dollar store and White castles and I feel very very disrespected not her and basically just tooking as a joke .....
The inclement weather delayed things for myself and rent a center but word is bond and they honored their word. Ms. Quannie and Mr. Jamal received at least 20 calls from me and didn’t get frustrated with me at any time. I’m very appreciative of that because I know how exhausting that can be. Also, the delivery guys were very chill and made conversation; in which, made the delivery seamless. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience has been great as a first time customer who moved here from Mississippi. I will definitely continue to do on time business here. Get in where ya fit in!! Quannie is very unprofessional said an ETA and then said there’s no update on when the delivery would occur. Directed me to what the website said…Thats not what it was stated when I did my original purchase on the website. I requested a complete cancelation of my order. Then he/she proceeded to say they just got a notification that the delivery would occur TODAY …..as if that would make me retract my decision. I don’t do business with unprofessional people and every delivery has an ETA. Getting smart with people when you’re loud and wrong it’s not a good look for your company. Do better!
The store manager Quani ir whatever her name is, is a huge LIAR. Said she never promised a time frame when in fact she did, blamed the system outage for their failure to deliver and the miscommunication, highly unprofessional, and doesn’t deserve to manage anybody store. We don’t pay for excuses Quani. And my money better be back on my card in 3-5 days. Talking bout the window is 3 hours. LIES
Julius, Jarrod, and Angel were excellent. I will be a big advocate for Rent-A-Center due to my experience here.
