My movers were Cristian and Curtis, those guys were mad cool, respectful, and quick. Highly recommend those two seems likes they work well with each other!

The manager, Natalie Lee Lyon, demonstrated a lack of professionalism. I entered the establishment to rent a couch and was pre-approved upon arrival, requiring only to complete the application and upload a few documents. I informed her that a U-Haul truck was en route and would arrive by 4 p.m. I proceeded to unload my lease agreement and utility bill, and was in the process of uploading my check stub when she unexpectedly informed me that I could continue uploading documents but would not be permitted to leave with the couch because there was insufficient time. I question whether she is truly the manager or aware of the proper procedures. Why was this information not communicated at the initial point of contact, especially when I mentioned the U-Haul truck was on its way? It is concerning that she waited nearly 20 to 30 minutes, as my U-Haul was about to arrive, to inform me of this. Either she encountered an issue, lacked the knowledge of the process, or was not attentive to her managerial responsibilities. Merry Christmas to you to lady! Thank, I'll never send a penny with this establishment.

The miscommunication and unprofessionalism at this location is beyond comprehension. They have taken my money twice on two different furniture orders after they forgot to pick up my original order from a different store and tried to reschedule my delivery and I still have yet to receive any merchandise.

I recently moved in my new place and the customer service was one of a kind. I am so appreciative of all their hard work.

Susan worked me in. But, as soon as you’re a day late on your payment, non stop calls and will tell you they have to come get it. The level of calling, when you’re at work and can’t answer your phone and the reminders constantly are like you are paying for priceless diamonds and they have to remind you the day before the day of and if late then the late calls start one after another. Having compassion and understanding that sometimes people have stumps in the road is always appreciated but this place doesn’t offer that. Tore my wall up during install but can easily be repaired. I wouldn’t recommend this particular place but would like to say that I do like and respect Susan as she seems like a great person. The installations/delivery guys were the nicest, sweetest guys you’ll ever meet. The products are Hotpoint washer and dryer set, supposedly brand new but they’re by far the LOUDEST, most annoying machines I’ve ever heard. They get the clothes clean but the racket they make will give you a migraine. No recommend Hotpoint. I will say that they do their jobs well! If they were a collection agency, they’d be pouring the dough in because this particular store doesn’t play and is like the FBI about making fast moves. Pics included.
