I do not know who has taken over this store but VERY rude. My payments have always been auto drafted. The payment for 5/10 did not come out and I received a call on the 27th threatening me. ( I have made 16 out of 24 payments) AWFUL- who took over in the last few months is what I would like to know. I will not be dealing with this store- I will go straight through the website for my little remaining payments!!!!

I’ve had a great experience with the in-store team at Aaron's. The personnel are always helpful, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They go out of their way to assist and make the process smooth, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the online experience is a completely different story. The website is frustrating and unreliable, and the chat support feature has been extremely unhelpful. The representatives I’ve spoken with online didn’t seem knowledgeable and were unable to resolve even basic issues. I’ve been trying for two weeks to access my account, and despite multiple attempts through the chat feature, no one has been able to help me fix the problem. It’s disappointing, especially considering how great the in-store service is. If the online support matched the quality of the store staff, this would be a much better overall experience.

Worst place I’ve ever deal with in my life. I have been three days trying to get them to pick up furniture and they keep making these calls. They come in, but they never show up. I am so tired of Aaron. I will never never deal with y’all again because when my bill was due, I made sure it was paid. This is the worst company I’ve ever deal with now they close on Saturdays. I am so tired of this now I got a hold of people and let them know. They cannot bring out my new furniture that I just bought Eric pick up things. I will never deal with y’all again and I will never never tell anyone to come to Have a great and blessed day

I have bought and paid for numerous items and I had a need the other day for a recliner for my husband who is very ill now. Tiffany and Ladonna were absolutely amazing and did everything to help me out. If you need anything I would highly recommend Aaron's
