5 stars. Google is wrong however. Its located at 144 harte haven plaza. Not 49 grove st.

So if anyone here is familiar with Simeon Yetarian and his car sales business in GTA 5, Massena Rent-a-Center is precisely like that. The text messages sent to me were pretty unprofessional and passive aggressive even while I was polite after having confusion about payments.

My mother has used this place since as long as I can remember. So 30 plus years. She swears by it and buys nearly every piece of furniture she's ever owned from here. I took have taken quite a liking to it. As long as you finish paying it off by the cash buy out date then you actually get most stuff cheaper than you would anywhere else. And the staff are so great and helpful.

Store Manager’s attitude is TRASH and she’s rude as hell. They call multiple times a day every single day like they’re the mafia and when you do speak to the store manager she demands to know exactly what job you have and judges you for it. She’s also extremely racist. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Save your money and spend it at a good leasing service, across the parking lot, at Aaron’s where the staff works is happy and friendly to help!! 🤗
