They charged my Debit card without authorization. No one gave them permission to charge my card just because it was used once before.

I was shocked that delivery drivers would come to my home over a missed payment - this seems like an excessive and unprofessional approach to collections. The customer service experience has been disappointing overall. If I hadn't urgently needed a dryer for my newborn, I would have definitely taken the time to compare options and chosen a different company. The convenience of immediate availability was the only factor that kept me from shopping elsewhere.

The manager if this office is rude and demeaning. If you are a day late she calls and talks down to you like you are garbage. I called and spoke with a nice lady and the manager started talking over her in the background running her mouth. what a bad company to do business with. The manager should be fired. Go somewhere else. if i could give 0 stars I would.

Were do I begin scammers swindlers and shady practices saw an advertisement for a bed for $14.99 a week just the bed after being called numerous times text messages galore I finally decided to move forward with the purchase. Went I side the store to fill out paperwork everything was done and I was given a delivery date wich was subsequently changed twice never the less delivery team arrived FYI they were the only pleasant part of this entire experience! As the began to unload the bed I paid for I noticed it was only one oblong semi flat box so enquired were was the rest of the bed ? And at that time I was informed that the bed I ordered comes in 3 sections (1) the headbord (2) the frame and (3) the mattress excuse me ? The delivery team said this wasn't explained to you no sir not at all so he called and had the sales women who conned me put on the phone and she states and I quote no that bed come separate you need to order the frame and a mattress separately I can run your card now and charge you for both items wich they have I. The truck now ....hmm so during all of the phone calls (4-5) all the text messages (5) and in person at the store Noone felt it important to inform me of this ? Yet the remainder of the bed just happens to be in the truck during delivery and you happen to be standing by ready to charge my cc with additional contracts in hand SMH this is precisely why RAC has been the center of numerous lawsuits and fines accredited to false advertising misleading contracts etc I have filed a formal complaint with corporate and will be meeting with my attorney this week I must admit I git a bad vibe from the beginning dealing with this person and I was correct they have a no refund policy in place so I believe this is how they steal money from customers absolutely unprofessional unethical and borderline illegal see you in court
