If I could give 0 stars I would ! I don’t even know how Karla is still employed here ? She is a horrible uptight rude and a scam artist… her and Eric completely misled me on all pricing allowed me to think I’ll be paying one price just to pay the other … rent a center needs to do better who would hire such a horrible manager like Karla ??? With all due respect once I pay off my XBOX I will never do business with this establishment again. You’re information is not safe the employees are a joke I kept asking multiple times I don’t want insurance or their waiver and they said I needed to provide home insurance for proof for them to remove it ?????🤣🤣🤣💀 I’m actually laughing how horrible liars these people are!!! Amazing how I went from a 5 star to 1 star ?? I wonder why rent a center needs to do better and fire the liars in that establishment

Very DISHONEST employees including the manager Karla and Eric. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. This location is very misleading and the workers are scam artists. They get attitudes when you ask questions about the process and agreements. Your personal information is not safe with this location. Anything you upload is not kept secure. They ask for one thing online and you give them whatever they ask for this location wants even more as if to steal your identity but they say they don’t actually use that info that they are collecting. I had too many red flags and decided not to even rent anything I would rather buy everything flat out from a reputable company that keeps my information secure and has Quality customer service. Their customer service was trash and they are manipulative the lady and man I spoke with talked in circles trying to avoid giving me any straight answers. Eric or Karla had no patience or understanding of customer repor, in fact Karla told me the price agreed upon online does not hold and that they make their own prices in the actual store she raised the prices. I don’t see how this place is even in business their customer service and sale skills are complete and utter trash. I give them 2 thumbs down, 0 stars. If you go here monitor your information because there is a breach in their security. I can say so much more in detail but I will never shop or try to use a place like this again I never have and I guess never will I. RED FLAG AFTER RED FLAG

Felt like I walked into a shady used car dealership. Saw a stackable online and mentioned it to the salesman. He tries to talk me into a $6000 machine! When I mentioned the online stackable, was told he could Try to order it and then offered me a $3500 one. Went to Rosners and was listened to by an actual saleman and 45min later for half the price got an awesome set. If you want to buy a used car go to Rent A Center. Horrible experience
I want to start off with this I always read my contracts and I saw that I can pause payments if finances take a toll Erick is absolutely amazing and I honestly think he should replace Carla, I told her my paycheck was cut short and would like to pause my payment on a single item and pay the rest and she stated wow you are manipulating the system which is completely uncalled for. When a person is trying to be open and honest with you and let you know exactly what is going on that’s not the way to respond.
